Technology, green transition, value chain restructuring, and macroeconomic conditions are the major factors that affect job trends. For resilient economic growth, it is significant to prepare Gen Z with the skills they need for the future of work. On the other hand, the priorities of the Gen Z population are different as their focus is on workplace equity, quality of jobs, the opportunity for continued learning, and upward mobility that benefit them.
